How do I book directly at the best price?

How many guests can the villas accommodate?
Villa Amana: up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Villa Ocean Breeze: up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The villas are approximately 1 km apart and can be booked simultaneously — ideal for groups of up to 14 people.
Do the villas have a pool?
Villa Amana has a private heated saltwater pool and a Jacuzzi with spectacular sea views over the Atlantic. Villa Ocean Breeze has a private Jacuzzi with sea views — no pool.
How does the air conditioning work?
Villa Ocean Breeze includes free air conditioning. In Villa Amana air conditioning is metered at €0.29 per kWh — approximately €1–3 per day with normal use. This encourages responsible use and avoids running the system with windows open or when guests are out.
Is there a cleaning service?
Villa Amana (Vista Lobos resort) includes daily cleaning Monday to Friday. Towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen after 10 days. Each guest receives 1 bath towel, 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel.
Villa Ocean Breeze does not include a cleaning service. An interim clean can be arranged on request and subject to availability — costs depend on the scope required.
Are a cot and high chair available?
Yes — one baby cot and one high chair are included free of charge. Additional items can be provided for a fee of €40 each.
What kitchen equipment is available?
Both kitchens are fully equipped including: hob, oven, microwave, Airfryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, pod coffee machine, ironing board and iron. Everything needed for a perfect holiday.
How far is Lanzarote Airport?
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 7 nights. This may vary during peak season (July/August and Christmas). Please check current availability in the booking system.
Are parties or events permitted?
No — parties and events are strictly not permitted. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours and the house rules of the resort.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately no — pets are not permitted in either villa.
What is included in the rental price?
Included: WiFi, daily cleaning Mon–Fri (Villa Amana only), towels and bed linen, pool heating (Villa Amana), one baby cot and one high chair, private parking and all local taxes. Air conditioning in Villa Amana metered at approx. €1–3 per day. Cleaning in Villa Ocean Breeze on request at extra cost.
